First of all, it's good that you're asking and trying to overcome it, and it's a legitimate question of course, but in my opinion, I think it's worth consulting with someone who, in addition to understanding this and having both halakhic and general knowledge, also knows you and can give you more appropriate and specific advice.
And that's just my advice - maybe instead of going to these sites, you should go to matchmaking sites, even if it were allowed, in my opinion it's just a waste of time and it detracts from the value of it.

The Bible says that the sin of hypocrisy is more serious than that of adultery, but the answer for hypocrisy is easier.
It's easy to say, "Get over it," but married people barely manage to survive two weeks, and I have to survive a little more than two weeks. [Anyway, matchmaking is not an idea because even if I go out now, it will take me at least a year until marriage.]
