Incitement or not?

An ultra-Orthodox man was photographed with a sign that read: “Lord of the World, kill Gali Beharb from Yara and her supporters.” He was arrested and questioned on suspicion of incitement. Is there incitement here? He allegedly asked God for a favor, and did not call on people to carry out the action.

I have always wondered about the interrogations that are done to the people of the Pulsa Danura ceremonies. It is truly futile and evil. But here perhaps there is a little more room for it, since it is possible that someone will decide to help God Almighty and serve as his staff and executor. At such an extreme level of tactlessness and stupidity, perhaps it doesn’t hurt that they arrested him even if there is no very good reason for it. Eradicating idiots from the land.

I absolutely think it's in the realm of incitement.

PS. I drink from the waters of Michi and his ilk on the issue of freedom of speech and I'm completely liberal. But it's very easy to see that ignoring such signs leads to encouragement of murder. Everyone understands deep in their hearts that God will not kill the woman, certainly not for political reasons. This is an expression of a desire for someone to kill her.
