Inconsistencies or conflicts between law, morality, and social conventions
I am looking for an article on the topic of a dilemma or conflict between law, morality and social conventions. For example: Prohibition, the prohibition of alcoholic beverages in the US 1920-1933 or abortion in the US or in Israel. Or discrimination against blacks in the US sometimes institutionalized sometimes just a social convention
I didn’t understand what exactly you were looking for. In general, material on value conflicts can be found in Danny Statman’s book.

On dilemmas between law and morality or other things, there is certainly a lot of material among jurists and it is worth clarifying with them.
