Infiltrators
What does the rabbi think about the issue of infiltrators (is there a moral problem with expelling them)?

I am not familiar with the details, but I have the impression that there is a problem with our attitude towards them. The state has not established a policy and does not give them the opportunity and an organized mechanism to claim their refugee status and regulate their status. On the other hand, the residents of southern Tel Aviv are not to blame, of course, and a suitable solution must be found for them as well. The number of infiltrators is not large (about 30,000) and I think the problem is out of reasonable proportions.
