Is it permissible to kill?
Hello Rabbi
Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, in 2008, while serving his sentence in prison, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He was taken to the hospital. A complex operation saved his life.
Even in 2008, they saw how powerful he was and how much danger and death he could cause to the residents of Israel, especially if he were to be released.
Is it halachically and morally permissible to intentionally kill him, under the guise of a failed operation and no one would suspect, etc.? What do you think?

What about the fact that, according to the law, the medic who arrives at the scene of an incident is required to assess who is most in danger of death and accordingly treat him first?
Does it make sense that on one side is a terrorist and on the other side is a Jew and they will provide life-saving treatment to the terrorist?
And according to Halacha, his head should be chopped off, so what?
A government that is not according to Torah and faith, and even with relativistic morality that contradicts itself, is an evolutionary failure.
I wrote what I thought. What's the question?
