Jacob married two sisters

שו”תCategory: HalachaJacob married two sisters

Hello Rabbi. I was asked how Jacob married two sisters (according to the method that says Shigerun) if they did not depart from the rule of the sons of Noah, taking it easy? And after all, it is forbidden for a son of Noah!

Who said that Geiren’s excuse is consistent with the view that they only left the line of the sons of Noah for Humra? Although, as far as I remember, Parting of the Ways does not provide this evidence, but I haven’t checked yet.

How do all these harsh words that Noah had against Israel fit in with the Gemara:

“Rabbi Yossi bar Hanina said: Every commandment that was spoken to the children of Noah and repeated at Sinai – was spoken to this and that. To the children of Noah and not repeated at Sinai – it was spoken to Israel and not to the children of Noah… On the contrary, since it was not repeated at Sinai – it was spoken to the children of Noah and not to Israel?! Why do they know that Israel is a king and that idolatry is forbidden”

What kind of hardware? What's the question?

You may ask how Israel is forbidden in the Gentile world while the son of Noah is permitted in it. You surely understand that this does not contradict the Gemara you cited.

I ask if it is possible to see details of halakhic laws in which it is seen that Ben Noah was a descendant of Israel (a crossroad brings several). I ask how this fits into the context in which it appears that such a situation is not possible.

I think I'm missing something here in the definition, but I'm having a hard time putting my finger on it.

I still don't understand. I gave you an example above, and it certainly doesn't contradict it. Can you give another example that you're confused about? By the way, Parshat Rahim himself discusses this, and Rav Kook also talks about it in Pri Etz Hadar.

Even on this issue of carrying sisters. If Noah's son is forbidden, then the excuse that Israel is permitted (for example, from the perspective of converting them, and a child who is born has no relative). This argument is not useful from the perspective of the Noah's son that is found in the Jew.

Rabbi, I think he is asking that the very position that "they should come out of the line of the sons of Noah to be lighter" contradicts the Gemara that there is no such thing as a Jew who is lighter than a son of Noah.

So I already asked you about that, why don't you address a simpler case: Ben Noach is forbidden in Israel and Israel is permitted in it. It's like the rule regarding theft: And what is forbidden to me that I put my hand in your pocket is permitted in my pocket, your rule that is permitted in my pocket will be permitted in my pocket. Or more simply: Why is Israel permitted in Israel, since there is a little daughter of Noach in her, and on the other hand, the daughter of Noach in her will be prohibited.
This is nonsense.
Lulbon, my answer to your question is written here above. They went out of their way to make it easier, such as that it is permitted in Israel or that it is permitted in keeping the Sabbath, and this does not contradict the Gemara.
