Kosher food in the B&B
Hello Rabbi Michi.. My partner and I are interested in staying on Friday and Saturday in a B&B that does not have a kosher certificate, but the business owner states that he is strict with those who are strict with Halacha and simply because of financial problems he cannot afford a kosher supervisor.
It should be noted that: (I would be happy to be corrected if I am wrong)
1. My partner and I are vegans, his kitchen is dairy and fur and there is no meat in the kitchen at all.
2. Regarding dipped vessels – since they are for commercial use, there is no need for dipping, and there is no halachic problem with eating from them.
3. Breakfast (which is the only meal we eat there) on Shabbat consists of: bread, a hummus omelet, vegetables, and spreads.
It should be noted that there will be a plate and a bowl, and even a Sabbath goy.
Could any halakhic problem arise here?
Thank you in advance.

If he himself is religious, there is more reason to trust him, of course.
