Land of Israel

Hello. I would love to know your opinion about Rabbi Kook’s famous paragraph:
The Land of Israel is not an external thing, an external property* of the nation, merely a means of achieving the goal* of the general unification and strengthening its material or even spiritual existence*.
The Land of Israel is a powerful gift* linked in a bond of life with the nation, embraced in inner qualities* with its reality.
And from this it is impossible to stand on the plan of the sacredness of the Land of Israel, and to bring out and act on the depth of its duty, in the light of human rational wisdom, because if in the Spirit of God that is upon the nation* in its entirety, in the nature* of the spiritual nature that is in the soul of Israel, which is that it sends forth its hopes* in colors Natural in all the ways of the healthy emotion*, and the sunrise is the highest fragrance according to the measure of the highest Holy Spirit, which fills the hearts of the saints of the congregation* and the depths of the Israelite mind with life and supreme delight.
