Hello Rabbi. I wanted to ask about the prohibition of reaching out and touching during the prohibition between a man and his wife. When there is no concern about a rapprochement due to the reaching out, and what is more, this method greatly complicates the conduct, especially between spouses, is it permissible to extend one’s hand to another?
on. Should one be more careful about unintentional touching or not?
third. Is there a problem with a woman being at home wearing a short shirt?

I think there’s no room for leniency when there’s no need. When there’s a need, then yes.
A short shirt doesn’t seem problematic to me (today quite a few women do this outside as well). In general, the poskim disagreed on whether the husband is forbidden to look only at the place where the woman is covered or at all the covered places. The Gemara’s interpretation is in favor of the first opinion, although most poskim believe in the second.
