Perhaps it will help you regarding the uniqueness of the field of endowments, in my article here: https://mikyab.net/%D7%9B%D7%AA%D7%91%D7%99%D7%9D/%D7%9E%D7%90%D7%9E%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%9D/%D7%A9%D7%A0%D7%94-%D7%A2%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%95-%D7%94%D7%9B %D7%AA%D7%95%D7%91-%D7%9C%D7%A2%D7%9B%D7%91-%D7%9C%D7%9E%D7%A9%D7%9E%D7 %A2%D7%95%D7%AA%D7%95-%D7%A9%D7%9C-%D7%94%D7%A6%D7%99%D7%95%D7%95%D7%99/ Or in column 556. Although I dealt with the year in which the scripture says to delay, which also distinguishes the realm of the holy. As for the learned from the learned, I don’t know. One has to think. Of course, this is said only about certain pairs of qualities and not all learned from the learned, and therefore it probably depends on the type of qualities in question and not simply on the difference between holy and common.

Beyond that, as is known, there are disputes about whether it also exists in Holin (see the article on leprosy impurity), and in Yerushalmi it also seems to exist in Holin.
Again, I saw here eight suggestions: https://www.etzion.org.il/he/talmud/seder-kodashim/massekhet-zevachim/%D7%96%D7%91%D7%97%D7%99%D7%9D-%D7%9E%D7%98-%E2%80%93-%D7%9C%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%93%D7%99%D7%9F-%D7%9C%D7%9E%D7%93-%D7%9E%D7%9C%D7%9E%D7%93
