Hello Rabbi, the Rabbi mentioned in one of the recent lessons (I’m talking about halachic positivism, but I’m not sure) the question of the Torah about the decision of the dispute between Beit Shammai and Ha-Ha by a Bat Kol, and yet no one listens to it… You said that there is another Torah that presents the problem of the dispute about the decision, regarding the majority of heads and the majority of feet. A search in the Responsa project did not bring me to any such Torah. Can the Rabbi write the source?
And on another matter, regarding the Rabbi’s perception of the laws of logic (no one enacted them, etc.), would the Rabbi agree that you are essentially claiming that they are ‘bound by reality’? Therefore, any question about the Matzam must take into account their state of reality, which is completely different from ours (the phrase ‘bound by reality’ is somewhat analogous to the Rabbi’s familiar formulation, “They are simply who they are”)

The problem of the dispute between B.S. and B.H. and the attitude towards Bat Kol is explained in Todd ‘Kan’, Eruvin 6b (B.S. Harifi Tefi). Regarding following the majority in the B.D. for generations, quite a few poskim have discussed this. See B.H. Mitzvah 88 and M.N.H. there, letter A, and Shulchan A.H. 31:18 and B.N.N. there (Fatsh and Shaam and more). I didn’t understand the question about the laws of logic.
