Hello Rabbi
Why don’t we learn, let alone from the Halacha? Shabbat Kalb, Nazir 56.
After all, if we don’t learn, a crooked situation arises, where the donkey has an easy law? And what do I care at all what the way of learning the law is: verse, sermon, or halacha?

It is commonly believed that this is because the halakha has no ordinary logical basis, and therefore it is not correct to apply a legal principle to it (in the sense that you have nothing to do with it but to innovate it).
