What do you think about the moral validity of an act of plunder?

(The question arose in my mind after hearing “and you ate the spoils of your enemies” in the parashah)

I didn’t understand the question. Is it moral to loot? No. The verse in the parasha does not necessarily speak of plunder but of public plunder. That is something different.
