Lots of sleep
What is the difference between drinking too much alcohol, smoking cannabis, and sleeping too much? The stigma I find in the first two is a disconnection from the world, and I’m trying to understand why sleeping too much is not the same problem

In the book of the Bible, according to those who have seized, they distinguished between a state of sedation in which the person is intoxicated, since at any moment the person can be awakened, and a state of sedation in which the person is intoxicated, in which the state of loss of consciousness cannot be stopped, and therefore the person is considered insane at that time. Worse than this is the state of the drunk or drugged, which causes addiction and deterioration into difficult situations, and a risk to the person in that situation and to others, such as the desire for difficult roads for those who drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A reasonable amount of sleep is essential for the healthy functioning of the body and mind. In situations of excessive sleep, one must feel states of depression, which brings the person the need to escape from reality, and it is not good to sink into this. A person should be in the joy of life and deal with reality and its problems. For this purpose he is placed in the world, to elevate and improve it, not to sink in the mud.
