May his name be praised – for what?

שו”תCategory: faithMay his name be praised – for what?

Apart from a psychological explanation […”in order to include the people in them”] –
Why are we commanded to praise God in all prayers?
Fulfillment, requests and thanks. – Human need
But praise?
What are we to say (“You are my firstborn, for in you I will glory”)?!

I don’t see the difference between praise and requests and thanks. On the face of it, all of these are unnecessary. Usually it is explained that it is for our own good. That we may learn to recognize favor and cherish the Blessed One, and also to recognize all that we owe to Him. Indeed, to be public relations people, both inwardly (to ourselves) and outwardly. Mechanical public relations people are not worth much. Apparently there is a need for public relations people by choice who praise Him. These are much more meaningful public relations people. It should be remembered that the text of the prayer was revised by the Sages and is not from the MTA. He did not demand that we do this, but the Sages found it appropriate to do so.

“If not for your sake then for ours”
I still haven't received an answer: Why, for example, in the prayers of the High Holy Days, do we not stop praising Him? Likewise in the blessings of the fathers at the beginning of Shemona.
If He exists – then why does He need this.
Psychologically, I understand that we, Elly, need to know that there is something above us and not slip on the slippery slope of ‘I and the power of my hand’ – But, please give me your opinion, as you do, regarding my question that is disturbing my peace.

Who are we to determine that He does not need our praise? It is embarrassing to assume that God (even when it is a theoretical term and the perception of His existence is a psychological need of man to believe in something greater than life, especially in times of distress). Is the role of the believing man (based on what? Raised on the knees of faith and performing the commandments of learned people) to acknowledge gratitude (what are manners and manners here) to his Creator (who said?) and to improve his misery (as in the Kabbalah, according to the interpretation of ” will be praised” and so on in the future tense – you caused there is a void here before us – you must praise yourself and magnify yourself in the future – because you messed up here).

I didn't understand what was written here. Not even a word.

Why do we praise him? Does he need it?
Why do we strive to please him?
