Messianic/Fascist

I have a conceptual question:
Is it correct to say that Smotrich and Ben Gvir, etc., have a messianic ideology? (It simply seems to me that they do)
And is it correct to say about the aforementioned society that they are fascist (here I am more doubtful but tend to think that they do indeed have quite a few fascist characteristics).
