Moral Torah in Commandments for Killing the Accidental
Hello,
I wanted to know how it was possible to punish the seven peoples of Canaan with the death penalty when their only sin was that they lived in a land that was not theirs without knowing it! After all, the Israelites went down to Egypt and there was not a single Jew in the land who could explain to them that the land belonged to the Jews.
Also, I wanted to understand how the Torah imposes the death penalty on those who worship the Torah without them knowing for themselves the commandment to do so in the Torah? Not if it is a Jew who is supposed to know this. But on a Gentile from another country?

Joshua's conquest. How were they punished for their sins if they did not know the Torah?
Surely Ezra should be killed, a rejected city, etc.
Nadav, are you reading what I'm writing?
What did you see in Joshua's conquest?
Regarding the G-d Ammin, the Torah clearly states, "For the iniquity of the Amorites is not complete," meaning that until there is no iniquity that justifies this, they are not expelled from the land.
Not certain and not true. An accidental offense or rape does not require death. What is not clear here? Regarding the city of the rejected, the Rambam even specifically explains the matter (7:45):
And this is the law of a rejected city, at a time when it is appropriate to make it a rejected city, the Great Court sends them and demands and investigates until they know with clear evidence that the whole city or most of it has been rejected and has returned to idolatry. Then they send them two scholars to warn them and return them. If they return and repent, it is better. And if they stand firm in their position, the Great Court is appointed for all Israel to go up against them in the army, and they besiege them and wage war with them until the city is destroyed.
