I read something that upset me a little.
According to the author, there is no formal halakhic prohibition against consecrating a Muslim woman, and conversely, there is no prohibition for a woman to consecrate herself to a Muslim husband. For the concept of a resident alien still exists today (Shulchan Shulman Ramat, 2). There are established methods that do not prohibit marrying a resident alien. And since a Muslim is a person who fulfills the seven commandments, therefore he is a resident alien, therefore there is no prohibition against marrying him.

First of all, drink a glass of water and calm down. Halacha and any other issue should be discussed from the head and not from the stomach. So whether something upsets you or not, it is irrelevant to the discussion. After the halakhic prohibition it is not clear. See for example a review here:
