Muslim son of Noah
Can a Muslim who thinks the Torah is a forgery and believes in Muhammad as a prophet be a son of Noah at the same time?

It depends on the meaning. A resident must accept seven commandments before a court of law, and this requires belief in the status of Mount Sinai (see Rambam, 1 Kings 11:18). But the status of a human being who is entitled to proper treatment can also be held by someone who does not believe in the Torah and Mount Sinai. Just like a secular Jew who does not believe in this.
