What does the Rabbi think about the following post? (Not long)

In short, following the increase in soldiers’ salaries, female service members also want to receive a raise and public recognition of their worth.
The question is whether there is really room to compare the importance of the work of the two types of service to such a level that it would require similar conditions.

I completely agree. In my opinion, many female service members contribute infinitely more than both male and female soldiers.
But there is no room for comparison. There are many types and qualities of servicewomen, and the same goes for soldiers (a lot of hidden unemployment and unnecessary, or dysfunctional, soldiers). The question is not whether servicewomen are equal to soldiers (an undefined question), but whether servicewomen also deserve reasonable treatment and whether they contribute.
There is, of course, a difference in that national service is not mandatory, and its duration (one or two years) depends on the girls’ good will.

So in conclusion, do you agree that the living conditions of servicewomen should be the same as those of soldiers? (Nowadays, servicewomen receive something like 700 per month while soldiers receive 2000 plus)

And regarding what you wrote at the end, I didn't understand if it was an argument in favor of singing Leumi (that they do it completely voluntarily, so they deserve better living conditions) or rather the opposite, that if they do it voluntarily, then they will live at their own expense

I don't know if it's like that, but it should be reasonable. In my opinion, they have much more expenses, because soldiers travel and eat and sleep at the expense of the army.
The claim that this is volunteering is to their detriment. They can do nothing.
