Natural products abroad

Hello Rabbi!
Is it permissible to eat products without a kosher seal that are 100% natural (orange juice, peanut butter, etc.)?
I saw a fitness website that stated that it was prohibited but did not list a reason, and sometimes it feels like the default on their website is that it is prohibited and only permitted in specific cases.
