Negro and the PC cult?
Hello,
What is the difference between the word “Negro” and the words, German, Semitic, Slavic, Barbary, Chukchi, etc…. Why is the word “Negro” considered an insult (I wouldn’t be offended if they called me “Semitic” or “Jew”)?
I would like to remind you that until a few years ago this word was considered a term of endearment, similar to “redhead”…
Should I be careful not to use this word for fear of offending someone?
