New comments policy on the site.
Hi Miki. It appears that there is a new comment policy on the site, including filtering questions and approving them only by an administrator, and deleting more questions. I would appreciate it if you could explain the details of the policy to the public seeking advice and understanding, for the convenience of the general public.
The transition to approval is a glitch that happens from time to time. When I see it, I approve. There is no policy innovation here.

Indeed, Mikhi erases anyone who claims that local cultures should be uprooted and replaced with Western culture.
Leaving because of the government or riots like Ala and others is nonsense. In America, too, there was a January 6 vote that was supported by the previous record and is still running again. Violent populists and instigators are everywhere, and believe me, it's not certain that it will be better in the world.
