Not allowed to live in most places in the world?

Hey Mikhi, is it forbidden to live anywhere in the world that is not indigenous land, since the government sitting here is occupying and has no ability to authorize me to live here, or is there a statute of limitations or something?

In the past, conquests were a common phenomenon. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that most of the territories in the inhabited world are occupied, that is, the current ruling government previously conquered another people who were born in the area. Since this is the case, I ask whether it is forbidden to live in such a place for the sake of pleasure. After all, I did not receive a ‘visa’ from the natives who are the real owners of the place. What do you think?

First, there is no claim to the vast majority of the territories. And even when there is, there is no evidence. And even when there is, you must distinguish between sovereignty and ownership.

Miki, 1. There are potential claimants, but they don't know it or they know they won't be given the land. Is a stolen object halakhically and morally okay to use?
2. Really. We know for sure that Asia was conquered, for example. These are not the same natives from ancient times. Therefore, they do not have the legitimacy to give me a visa.
3. I'm not asking about ownership, I'm asking about sovereignty. Every country has the right to decide which residents will live in its territory and which will not. Why can't the original indigenous government prevent me from doing this?

Okay, I'm done. I'm trying to waste my time on more interesting and relevant questions.

One can argue about what is interesting (by the way, it is related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict), but it is certainly relevant to everyone's life.
