Occam’s Razor in Halacha Ruling

Hello, after looking at the few sources on Occam’s razor in Judaism in general and halachic rulings in particular (the sources found on Wikipedia and the rabbi’s articles), I wondered whether there are any rabbis who use the razor regularly, and if so, whether it is possible to obtain examples from their rulings.
