On the miracles on Independence Day and Jerusalem Day

שו”תCategory: HalachaOn the miracles on Independence Day and Jerusalem Day

Hello Rabbi Michi,
What is the Rabbi’s opinion on the possibility of adding “about the miracles” in an appropriate wording on Independence Day and Jerusalem Day?
My basic assumption (which can of course be disputed) is that there was indeed a miracle here, so the question revolves around the issue of the prayer orders: Is it permissible to add additions for public needs in the last three blessings? There is a discussion about this in the column on the subject of additions in the Shulchan, and as is known today, they are added following the ruling of the Shulchan. Ostensibly, in the Nadad it is even simpler, since an addition on miracles already exists in this place, so there is no fear of incompatibility with the prayer order. This is what Rabbi Chaim Navon brought up in his article “The Prayer Form in a Changing Reality” under the name of Yeshil Abdi. I do not know if he rules this in practice (unfortunately, the relevant part – Ch. H., the omissions, cf. 4 – is not found in the Shulchan project).
In addition, even if this is permitted, the question arises as to whether it is possible for an individual to act in this way or whether it is something that the public should lead (especially when it comes to public needs, it is not clear whether the individual can decide this).
What does the Rabbi think, is this forbidden/permitted/recommended?

Hello.
One should not add personal additions to the first or last three, and adding them is a change from the coin that the Sages coined in the blessings (see Shulchan Ars. 12 and 19). And even if one adds something that was not corrected during the day and during the prayer, it is a change from the coin.
Although in Column C, he brought up that the needs of many are mine, but even there they disagreed about this. And even that is only because there was a regulation (he understands there that it is the regulation of the geniuses) and not on personal initiative. Furthermore, with us it is not the needs of many but an admission (there they ask for a reminder that they are the needs of many).
So there may be room for improvement, but I wouldn’t add anything myself.
