Only two sides in the investigation
Hello Rabbi,
Why do you think in yeshiva investigations there are almost always only 2 sides?
(I wrote ‘almost’ so as not to be too harsh, but I don’t know of any investigations with more than 2 sides)
Is this due to something fundamental?
thanks,
given

And regarding the intervening hours, there are three possibilities (neither day nor night, both day and night, doubtful day, doubtful night). The Rogchober wrote about this too.
