Opening of Haredi TV stations during lockdown

A friend of mine claimed that the equation between Haredi and secular institutions is inappropriate because for the Haredi, educational institutions are more important, and this is clear from reality (they study for more hours and days, they don’t close for any event, and they study Torah, which is almost the most important thing for a religious person), and in any case, just as in the Seder, places are distinguished according to their importance, so too here.
This doesn’t mean they should be left open, just that the comparison is not correct.
What is the Rabbi’s opinion on these things?

There is room for argument that there is a difference, and it still seems to me that common sense says that one should not be changed. If they take a three-week leave for no reason, they can take a leave when it comes to public danger.
