Pascal’s Wager

שו”תCategory: faithPascal’s Wager

The claim that a person who keeps a commandment because of Pascal’s Wager is considered a person who keeps a commandment because he keeps it on the side that God keeps. The question regarding his definition as a believer (NFPKM for minyan or testimony) If a person comes to say that in principle the usual arguments did not convince him and he does not believe in God but because of the wager he decided to keep a commandment just to be on the safe side, is such a person called a believer?

What is the point of this stupid question? You quote what I said about it and then ask what I say? I say what you wrote. (Although I don’t remember where I said it.)
