Of course, one can say yes, and there are examples of this. Just as we found arguments about actual facts. But there is no problem in principle with this. Let’s say there was an argument about whether or not women want to live without a relationship (Tev LaMeitav). The question in this argument is not factual. The argument is whether their desire is strong enough to cancel Kiddushin or not.
