Planting trees in the year of Shemitah

שו”תPlanting trees in the year of Shemitah
asked 4 years ago

How can it be permitted to violate a Torah prohibition (planting during the year of Shemitah) even by a Gentile? If the commandment is fulfilled by the actual planter, then there is no innovation here (there is nothing to permit).
Is planting by a Gentile in the year of Shemitah valid in every year of Shemitah? If not, is encouraging a Gentile to plant trees for Israel a Torah offense?

I don’t understand these questions. Seventh in the Zem”z, the absolute majority of the methods are encouraged. No one permits planting by a Gentile from the law of Amira to a foreigner. The land is sold to a Gentile and then the land is not obligated in the seventh. Beyond that, I didn’t understand anything.

Where did you see permission to plant by Gentiles? What's the connection?
