Playing at a wedding

Shalom Rabbi, following a conversation between several friends, I wanted to ask your opinion: Is there a halachic problem with a woman playing in a wedding orchestra? Not a singer or a dancer, of course, but a flutist, for example…….
 
Is there a problem with this? Does the “world” usually avoid it because of such a problem or for reasons of “it’s not fast” and “we didn’t practice” and “we didn’t find such a thing,” etc.
