Where did the Rabbi write clearly about this fallacy? And is it a logical fallacy? On Wikipedia I saw that they write that it is not a logical fallacy.

I don’t know what a logical and illogical fallacy is. As for the naturalistic fallacy, it has several definitions. In fact, I’m talking about the ought-is fallacy. The naturalistic fallacy is a slightly different fallacy that Moore formulated. That’s the accepted terminology. I’ve written about it in several places, for example here:
