Anyone who eats pork with milk, or any other non-kosher meat with milk, violates the prohibition of meat and milk???

No. Simply because no prohibition applies to prohibition. But my understanding is that this is probably due to another principle according to which forbidden meat is not prohibited in milk. It is simply not included in the prohibition.

Pork has never been forbidden in milk, unlike Nabila and Tarifah, which depend on the issue of no prohibition applying to a forbidden.
