What does the rabbi say about the ‘pornography and censorship law’? Is it the state’s role or a family and family matter? Does the state have the right to enforce such things?

This is really problematic, and in principle it would be appropriate not to interfere in this. Especially when there is a society in which there are value disputes, it is not advisable for a state to intervene in value issues. On the other hand, there is a limit. On a practical level, there is no choice but for a state to take care of the interests of its citizens. I think that at least as a protection for small ones, or for a sub-society that does not want it and other parts of society force it on it, there is a place for state involvement.
