Prayer in your Mishnah

שו”תCategory: generalPrayer in your Mishnah

Rabbi Michael Avraham, I know and have read quite a bit about your approach to prayer, but I would be happy if you could clarify for me and tell me:
1. What do you think should happen to the person praying during prayer? That is, are there intentions that need to be directed, and if so, where do I get them from?
2. Is there still interest in personal or general requests in prayer? Considering your approach that “the world goes on as it is”..

  1. I didn’t understand. What is supposed to happen? He is supposed to fulfill the commandment of prayer. Everything beyond that is a subjective matter. The intentions that one should have are the usual intentions. Although regarding the requests, I have offered several suggestions in the threads that dealt with this (for example, to pray for someone who is very jealous in the faint hope that it will be answered).
  2. A minor matter. Since it is not straightforward to cancel, I say to the judge that perhaps there will still be intervention (although the chance is probably very small). And to do so only with regard to a place where the natural summers have ended.
