Preferences based on ethnicity
Why are blacks, Indians, Asians, Latinos, Indians, etc. allowed to live and marry in their own communities and openly say that they want it. But if a white person in America says that, they will be considered a white supremacist, a KKK supporter, a Hitler supporter, and so on?
Is it just because white Americans are the majority?
Or is it because Wok culture has instilled in us that white = colonialism and oppression. And is minority necessarily a good thing?
Maybe there are other reasons I haven’t thought of or other differences.

There is a desire to preserve the tradition and culture of the family's country of origin, and young Americans also criticize this country. Criticism of marriage outside the community usually comes from older parents, and the young person, who is no longer Indian at all, but American for all intents and purposes, usually resents the criticism of his parents.
The comparison is incorrect. A white American of Italian descent who wants to marry only an Italian will not receive the same criticism. The white American who is called a racist - is a generic modern American who does not mind marrying an Italian or a Polish or, God forbid, a Ukrainian, just not a black woman.
