Private business rights
Good evening, Your Honor, I would appreciate help with an argument I am having with someone at work.
I work at General Motors on the autonomous vehicle.
The debate is, is it permissible for a private business to exclude customers?
And beyond the general question, should we allow a single owner of a book in a locality to decide that he excludes someone with a mustache?
Is this a legitimate step?

I ask from the moral perspective
On the one hand, the right of a business owner to do what he sees fit
On the other hand, if there is only one supermarket in a community, then someone in the community will not have a way to buy
The question is, from a moral perspective, does the supermarket owner have to sell to everyone?
Or if there are three supermarkets, and all three of them, for their own reasons, do not want to sell to anyone, is that moral?
Definitely not ethical, unless they have a valid reason. Without you saying the reason, it's hard to give an answer.
