“Proof” fin and scale

peace,
I wanted to ask what you think about one of the pieces of evidence that those who repent often bring to bear on the reliability of the Torah (even the oral one), according to which the sages’ knowledge that there is no fish in the whole world with scales and no fins indicates non-human knowledge that was passed down in tradition and shows that he gave us the Torah because no human being could of course say such things and so on in those times…
I understand that it is not perfect and cannot demonstrate the entire reliability of the Torah scroll, but it is certainly impressive! And a point that strengthens the reliability of the Torah…
I would love to hear your opinion on the matter.
Thanks in advance.

I haven’t looked into the matter, but I know there are some appeals to this fact.

Not proven in any way.
It's like if I were to write “There is no species of animal in the world that breathes through its hooves, and I am willing to bet all my possessions on it” Would that make everything I said true?
Based on the zoological observation and knowledge of that time, the author of the Torah (according to them of course, I believe wholeheartedly that the Torah is true) simply wrote according to what his eyes saw, a fish with scales and no fins does not exist.
Also, this is something that is not written in the commentary of the written Torah, but in the Torah Sheva”p.

What doesn't make sense about a fish with scales but no fins?
