Follow-up question [I couldn’t write in the comments, is there a problem?]
Regarding an apocryphal book that disparages the Torah, what does the Rabbi think we should judge today? Does the Rabbi believe that we should judge as secular and then he is a heretic according to the Rabbi’s famous opinion, or because he believes in the Torah, both written and oral, then he will be liable to death?

I don’t understand the question. If he is raped, then he is raped. There is no difference between this and rape in opinions.
