Questions from Amartzim

A. Apparently, as soon as Migo is ruled out, there is no more Migo, right? After all, as soon as we give him the power of Migo, then he has a good reason to lie and make his claim, and Migo is already gone. Right?
on. Apparently, the question of doubt from Torah to Chumara is itself a blunder, since if there is a dispute about whether a rule is from Torah or from the rabbis, according to the rule itself, one must go to Torah. Isn’t that right?

A. This is an old question, and I answered it in my booklet on Migo. In short, it is a loop, because if you cancel Migo, it will come back and be valid. Ultimately, there is no point in canceling Migo because the liar can always choose the stronger argument in truth, and therefore you will gain nothing from it. On the other hand, if you leave Migo, you will gain that truth-tellers who fear losing will not have to lie. See the booklet there. B. If you have your own position on this question, then you are not in doubt. If you are in doubt, then indeed it is a doubt from the Torah and one must go to the Ḥumra. There is no blunder here.

Regarding B. According to the side that doubts about the Torah's severity only come from the rabbis, then the doubt itself does not need to be made more severe by the Torah, and by the rabbis there is no doubt.
