Rabbi Shimon Shekap on the authority of the Sages

Hello,
As is known, the method of the Rabbis regarding the authority of the Sages is that it stems from the very nature of explanation and logic, and therefore it obligates everyone. This method is difficult for me, because if someone does not follow the final opinion of the Sages and has not been able to understand the meaning of the law, what reason does he have to obey?

If it’s the Sanhedrin, they have formal authority. If it’s not the Sanhedrin, don’t obey.
