In honor of Rabbi Shalom
It will now be made public that Rabbi Levi, who called Rabbi Stav out on a question, and Rabbi Stav sued him for publishing an apology.
Due to the act, is it permissible to go to court for such things [it seems to me that it is a fine] and what are the sources for this?

In my opinion, there is no problem in going to court, certainly in a place where there is no halachic cause of action but there is a legal cause of action. See column 448.
