No. Radicalism is extremism. Fundamentalism is a particular type of fanaticism. Fanaticism for tradition or for cosmic values (return to the origins). For example, there is a modern liberal fanaticism that is not really fundamentalist in the conventional sense.
I once defined fundamentalism on the philosophical level (of which the political expressions are just examples), as a position that you are not willing to put to a critical test. It is not up for debate from your point of view. But that is closer to general fanaticism and not necessarily to fundamentalism.

I think there is a connection between them in the sense of relying on a certain source without question.
The fundamentalist relies on an external source, the radical relies on an internal source.
The fundamentalist does not believe in others (in the interpretation of the sources).
The radical believes in himself.
Fundamentalists are probably by definition radicals, and radicals are sometimes fundamentalists, sometimes not.
