Reconstructionist Judaism(?) has an atheistic or diastatic view that sees cultural value in all sorts of traditional customs.
They split from the Conservatives. See Wikipedia
I suggest not discussing by titles (conservatives or not), but by essence.
I read a little on Wikipedia, and on the surface it seems to me to be complete nonsense. A kind of nationalism, only not on a national basis but on something more universal. But as I said, it's a minute's reading (which really didn't make me want to delve deeper).
