Good evening, Miki.
I would be very happy if you would address the statement that since recent studies have proven that the shaping of young people’s brains ends after the age of 20, the definition of the age of “minor” and, accordingly, the punishment should be changed.
Because I suppose I’m more diligent about reading newspapers, I’ve been exposed more to stories of men who were ashamed to admit to rape [or attempted rape] they experienced in their childhood or adolescence, and we watched it in their hearts. I don’t think the label “me too gang” is that appropriate.
Another matter: Do you know about the work of Rabbi Yom Tov Gindi: the translation of the Bible, which was translated by the RSG into Jewish Arabic and literary Arabic?
All the best

I commented. What I wrote is that I agree, but there’s no chance that the aforementioned gang will cooperate with this. I call them a gang because they act in violent ways to achieve their goals, and are unable to get out of their primitive herd mentality (or lack of mentality). Therefore, arguments like the one you raised, which I completely agree with, will not achieve their goal with them.
I didn’t understand the connection between your comment about men and the nickname I gave to the aforementioned unholy gang.
I don’t know the aforementioned rabbi and his work. I don’t study the Bible, even in Hebrew, so a translation into Arabic, even if it is literary, wouldn’t mean much to me.
