Regarding Maimonides
Is it true that 98% of its rulings are in fact the essence of Talmudic rulings approved by the Sanhedrin?

I think it would have been enough to send the question once. Sending it about 80 times is still a bit too much.
I don’t know. Maimonides did indeed adhere to the Talmud in general, and this has nothing to do with ratification by the Sanhedrin, which did not exist at the time of the Amoraim.
