Regarding priority of minyan or prayer time

שו”תCategory: HalachaRegarding priority of minyan or prayer time
asked 6 months ago

Hello,
Is it better to pray in minyan after the prayer time?
Or individually before prayer time
And how important it is to recite the Shema before its time with its blessings?
Thanks in advance.

Is it better to eat carrion or tripe? And how important is it to keep the commandments?

The question is about places in the world
where there is only Chabad and they pray after prayer time
so there is no option for prayer in a minyan before prayer time

regarding reciting the Shema with blessings before prayer time
most minyanim usually do not adhere to this
what do they rely on

thanks in advance

So you are not asking about before the prayer time but about before the end of the prayer time. The answer is clear. Minyan is a matter, prayer time is a complete law.
Personally, I do not usually pray with Chabad members at all. I prefer without a minyan. But this is not a prohibition but a personal taste.
In retrospect, people pray and recite Kash even after the time. https://ph.yhb.org.il/02-11-11/?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwnPS-BhBxEiwAZjMF0mQ7_l91gUeb-nqcSLTnrzpnPwsSunRDmcUUHMGf2KtHqOLc4bbO_hoCF1oQAvD_BwE
