Regarding the sale of leaven
You provided a link in the thread where you discussed the issue of the categorical decree, and in your remarks you mentioned your custom of not buying anything but ground wheat after Passover, and years later, due to the categorical decree, you changed your behavior.
During the holiday, I looked into the seriousness of the matter a little, and I was amazed that there were real concerns about the matter, especially in places where there was concern that the store owners continued to use the goods they sold so that their sale was retroactively canceled, so that there is simply no connection between the sale of chametz and the issue of the categorical order. (After all, if there is something new in the body of the sale, there is no room for discussion.)
I will attach a link to a detailed answer on the matter by R. Asher Weiss https://www.torahbase.org/%D7%A4%D7%A8%D7%A9%D7%AA-%D7%A6%D7%95-%D7%94%D7%92%D7%93%D7%95%D7%9C-%D7%9E%D7%9B%D7%99%D7%A8%D7%AA-%D7%97%D7%9E%D7%A5/
When there is a grocery store that is not suspected of this, there is no such problem (I lived in Bnei Brak at the time). Beyond that, this is a question of the rabbinical prohibition. And beyond that, even if the store owner used chametz, if there is a sales contract, the chametz is sold and he is a thief.
