Right-wing abortion and Christianity

In the land of unlimited possibilities (the United States), the main debate surrounding abortion revolves around the right-left camp. If you look deeper, you can also say with some certainty that 99 percent of those opposed to abortion are religious. From this, the Democrats (the left) prove that there is no moral debate here at all, but rather a religious debate, since it is impossible for everyone who argues against abortion to also be a religious person, and since the United States is a secular country, it is not possible to ban abortion, since this goes against the principle of separation of religion and state. What do you think about the argument? Is there a religious element in opposition to abortion?

It’s just chatter. They oppose abortion and that’s their position. By the way, in my opinion, it’s a much more moral prohibition than a religious one. By the way, abortion supporters are also a religion full of brainwashing, and therefore, because of their religion, they do not see the terrible moral injustice of the matter.

By the way, a secular state does not have to automatically adopt every value held by secularists.
